Baldwin & Sons now has a $9.1 million fine against the company for its development of “the Oaks” in Lake Forest. Numerous violations are cited by the Regional Water Quality Control Board. It goes to hearing in early April. Laws are in place to keep our lands and waters clean and safe for everyone, when someone violates those laws, action should be taken. We only have one planet.
