The revised DEIR for the Sully-Miller project (now called “Trails at Santiago Creek”) has been released by the City of Orange. The documents are available on the City of Orange website (scroll down to the links under the “Recirculated Draft Environmental Impact Report” heading). Comments are due 12/31/18.
