Well this is exciting and disappointing at the same time. While Governor Newsom is preparing California for the next wildfire season by investing in wildfire prevention, CalFire staff hires, hardening homes, etc. he is simultaneously proposing to spend $200 million to reduce fuels (vegetation). One step forward, one step backward.
