A new tool, Site Check, has been released by the Office of Planning and Research (OPR). It allows the user to pick specific parcels and determine things like if it has important habitat on it, if it is in transit zone, if it is near a transportation hub, or is it considered a location for infill? You can pick specific parcels, analyze the parcel, and download a report.
