It’s nice to see that (at least) one local jurisdiction is being held accountable for actually reaching greenhouse gas reduction goals. This is the third time the courts have rejected San Diego’s Climate Action Plan. “The judge decided that using carbon credits, or offsets from around the world, was not acceptable, calling the mitigation unverifiable.”
