The State Lands Commission hearing on Poseidon Desalination Plant is coming on Thursday, October 19th at 8 AM at Huntington Beach City Hall (2000 Main Street, Huntington Beach). A few concerns include: Poseidon’s plant would threaten our environment, a desalination plant would only benefit Poseidon’s insiders, Orange County doesn’t need Poseidon’s overpriced water, and Poseidon is ignoring statewide standards.
