Friends of Harbors, Beaches and Parks partnered with the Orange County Transportation Authority to create an innovative Environmental Mitigation Program to acquire,restore and manage important landscapes.  The Authority offers every other month hikes and equestrian rides (BYO Horse) on several of the preserves.  Attendees must register in advance and sign a waiver.
