FHBP has been engaged in the Local Agency Formation Commission’s review of County Service Area 26 (OC Parks) because we believe there may be a duplication of efforts/services at Newport Harbor by the OC Sheriff and Newport Beach. We also are paying attention to ensure OC Parks has adequate funding to provide countywide park and harbor opportunities for residents and visitors.
