Need plans for Saturday? Join the City of Costa Mesa on December 8th for a planting and weeding at Fairview Park:
Learn about the design of the restoration and planting techniques during the final planting day of the season! After all the hard work during seed collection, site preparation, cleaning up the area, this Saturday is the big day to put the California native species of plants on the ground! Join us this 2nd Saturday event while we plant and care for the plants at Fairview Park.
This event is led by the wildlife Biologist Luma Fowler and ICRE docents who will provide materials and instructions. Please wear long pants, close-toed shoes, bring water, hat and sunscreen for this final outdoor project.
Meet at 8:55am at the Fairview Park Parking lot, near the kiosk.
