Environmental activists are really struggling with the proposed cuts to sustainable and environmental programs, like fewer rebates for electric vehicle buyers, no new oil and gas industry regulators, and less money to preserve habitats. The latest proposal is to cut $680 million from environmental protection programs such as climate change and land restoration. With the pandemic, a lot of things changed, but rolling back environmental policies only hurts the future of California.
