This article came just hours before the Regional Water Quality Control Board’s review and public hearing of the permit for the proposed Poseidon Desalination Plant in Huntington Beach. As the article states the “ace” up Orange County’s sleeve is the groundwater replenishment coordinated by the OC Water District. We don’t need the harmful Poseidon project.
