Thanks to Friends of Harbors, Beaches & Parks (FHBP) Board member Helen Higgins and save coyote hills activist Karen Lang McNabb for speaking at the Board of Supervisors meeting on Tuesday. It is interesting to see so much money siphoned off for this Dana Point Harbor project when there are other opportunities to fix the park inequities in North County.
