The San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District is soliciting public comments on its Notice of Preparation of an Environmental Impact Report for the Upper Santa Ana River Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP).

“The HCP is being collaboratively developed by staffs from Valley District and other agencies in Southern California with planned water supply or other infrastructure projects needing permit coverage for endangered and threatened species in the Upper Santa Ana River watershed.”

Comments are due on Monday, January 21, 2019 by 5 PM. Details about the NOP are linked below. In the comments section is the website for the HCP itself.
