The Legislative Analyst’s Office (LAO) published this report on California Climate Policies in December. The report is required to determine if the state is meeting its greenhouse gas (GHG) goals. It also offers recommendations, so that legislators can use this data to create new legislation to resolve GHG issues. There is also a transportation specific report available on the LAO website as well.
