Thanks for all those in attendance at the Poseidon hearing before the OC Water District. From the article, “For years, members of the Orange County Water District’s Board of Directors (OCWD BOD) have lied to the public and state officials about establishing the need for a $1 billion ocean desalination plant that they want Poseidon Resources to build and operate in Huntington Beach.” Is anyone else tired of agencies not following rules and side stepping obligations?
