An important decision on the fate of the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG)‘s SoCal Greenprint takes place this Thursday. Friends of Harbors, Beaches & Parks (FHBP) has been involved since its inception in 2016 and is advocating to finish the Greenprint as promised.
