The OCTA is working to transform Beach Boulevard from the coast to La Habra. The study is OCTA and Caltrans’ effort to improve Beach Boulevard and identify solutions ranging from enhanced pedestrian, bicycle, and transit facilities to improved signal synchronization. The findings will guide and enhance local planning initiatives that support future economic growth and a sense of community from the beach to Whittier Boulevard.

There is an opportunity to participate in a survey to guide decisions on this well used road. This is the second Beach study survey and an important step to help shape the street’s transportation future.
