Friends of Harbors, Beaches and Parks’ (FHBP) mission is “to promote, protect, and enhance the harbors, beaches, parks, trails, open spaces, natural preserves, and historic sites in Orange County.”
FHBP meets its mission by creation and leadership of the Green Vision Project.
